Sistema di lavaggio ad ampio spettro

Il sistema a portale dispone di un complesso circuito di lavaggio composto da:

Spazzole di lavaggio in grado di coprire l’intera superficie della carrozzeria di ogni di veicolo ed è possibile installare da un minimo di due a un massimo di cinque spazzole.

Sistema di lavaggio chassis laterale: circuito di erogatori d’acqua ad alta pressione per la detersione dei sottoscocca e dei telai laterali.

Sistema di erogazione a bassa pressione: è una dotazione presente su tutti i lati del portale, anche in cima, che svolge la fase di prelavaggio dei veicoli.

Programmi di pulizia personalizzati per ogni tipo di veicolo

Omega Wash è dotato di un computer (PLC) in grado di avviare un’ampia gamma di programmi pre-impostati per il lavaggio, personalizzati in base alla tipologia e alla struttura di veicolo.

Dispositivi aggiuntivi per ottimizzare la pulizia

Per ottimizzare le prestazioni di lavaggio è possibile richiedere l’installazione di equipaggiamenti aggiuntivi come:

La barra oscillante: asta mobile dotata di erogatori ad alta pressione progettata per la pulizia dei mezzi dalla conformazione irregolare quali ad esempio i mezzi con cisterna.

Teste rotanti laterali: sistema di lavaggio dei telai e sottoscocca dei veicoli, è l’ideale per eliminare le incrostazioni di sporcizia accumulate durante i viaggi.

Easy Wash 50 E

Washing system equipped with a manual tilting brush.

The movement is manual with the guide system consisting of a trolley with wheels, four steering and two directional, and double handlebar with controls placed on both sides for driving from both sides of the machine.

The water supply for vehicle cleaning is provided by an external hose connection to the system that can be connected to a tap, while the power supply is via the direct connection with cable (free or with an overhead line) to an electrical outlet.

Easy Wash 300

It is a self-powered (gasoline, diesel or battery) vehicle washing system.

The cleaning unit consists of an automatic tilting brush and water tank with a capacity of 300 liters.

The guide is manual with traction wheel and double handlebars for driving from both sides of the machine.

Truck Wash

Single brush machine with steering drawbar, allows greater control and fluidity of the system’s maneuver during washing operations.

The driving system can be customized in three ways:

Operator on the ground;

Operator on the ground;

Operator on the ground;

Available in three models:

D 500: single brush machine with a diesel engine.

HP 500: single brush machine with a diesel engine, HP pump and HP cleaner and a hose reel.

E 500: single brush machine with a 24V battery power supply.

Full Wash

The Full Wash system is the best performing model among our single brush machines, it is equipped with all the washing optional accessories that guarantee professional cleaning of the vehicles.

Among the standard features:

20 ° tilting brush that allows you to clean the entire vehicle body.

Side underbody washing: high pressure bar with blade nozzles for underbody washing.

High pressure cleaner with hose reel: useful for reaching those innermost and hidden points such as mudguards, frames and underbody.

High pressure roof washing bar: also allows the washing of the roofs of each vehicle.

Easy Wash 50 E is a single brush washing system designed to offer professional, fast and economical cleaning for any model of commercial or public transpor vehicle.

Controls and guidance system

This equipment is composed of a guide system with trolley for manual handling, with 4 free wheels and 2 directional wheels, which ensures maximum adherence to the ground and manoeuvrability.

The guide system, the controls and the emergency stop system of Easy Wash 50 E are present on both sides, allowing a control of the system in both directions of travel during the cleaning phase.

Washing system

The washing system consists of a manually tilting brush capable of cleaning the entire surface of trucks and buses.

Not having a tank, the water for cleaning vehicles is supplied by an external connection to the system that must be connected to a tap.

Installation and power supply system

The Easy Wash 50 E washing system can be used inside a warehouse or outside on the paved yard.

The power is supplied through direct connection with cable (free on the ground or with overhead line) from a standard 1-phase or 3-phase electrical outlet.

Complete and high performance washing cycle

Side chassis washing system: high pressure water dispenser circuit for cleaning the underbody and side frames

Low pressure dispensing system: this is an equipment present on all sides of the portal, even at the top, which carries out the vehicle pre-washing phase.

Multi-brush washing system is able to clean the entire surface of the bodywork of each vehicle and it is possible to install from a minimum of two to a maximum of five brushes.

To optimize the performance of Omega Wash, the following additional devices can be added on request:

Monitoring PLC: to control and optimize the washing programs and working times of your station.

Rotating heads: Frame and underbody washing devices. Eliminates any residue of dirt deposited during journeys.

Oscillating HP roof bar: Excellent for vehicles with particular shapes such as tankers, it is composed of a series of nozzles capable of delivering water at high pressure and cleaning the areas that do not come into contact with the brushes.

Lavaggio a portale

For companies that want a complete performance, they can rely on Omega Wash gantry washing systems, designed to guarantee professional cleaning for companies with large fleets.

Equipped with a multi-program system managed by a PC with the possibility of choosing between two, three, four and five brushes, it guarantees the washing of the entire external surface of the vehicle and it is possible to add some accessories for a better result:

Washing circuit

The Truck Wash washing system is supplied with anti-scratch brushes, to preserve the vehicle bodywork, and a tilting system, to clean even the sloping front parts typical of buses.

Driving with steering handlebar

Unlike the Easy Wash models with dual controls, Truck Wash has the control and driving system placed in the system’s handlebar. The driving system consists of a steering handlebar able to move the washing system easily and safely.
