New “iWash Max E” single brush machine

This year Iteco Washing Systems presented the new fully electric and electronic iWash Max E single brush washing system at the Traspotec-Logitec in Milan and Autopromotec in Bologna.

iWash Max E is a single brush system designed to ensure quick and easy washing of trucks and buses.

The washing system consists of:

• A single brush capable of performing a complete cleaning in less than 10 minutes, on all types of industrial vehicles and public transport.

• Water tank to offer an autonomous water supply, without external connections

The guide system is versatile for every need:

• The steering rudder ensures fluid maneuverability of the system during washing operations;
• the controls for the control of the single brush machine, placed on top of the guide system, allow to have an immediate control of the washing performances.
• The driver’s seat can be customized in three configurations: ground-based, on-board or seated;

Easy Wash: high quality washing systems with basic equipment

Easy Wash single brush machines with standard equipment for high quality washing for any type of vehicle.

For transport companies with small fleets Iteco Washing Systems has a line of Easy Wash single brush machines. These models have standard washing equipment and tilting brush, able to offer a high quality wash for every type of vehicle.

Easy Wash is available in two models:

Easy Wash 50E Electric single brush machine

Electric washing system that can be used both in open and closed environments, thanks to the maximum size of 2 square meters and customizable height.
It requires an installation through the direct connection of power cables on the ground or overhead connection with the aid of pylons and / or shelves mounted where desired.

Monospazzola Easy Wash 300

Autonomous washing system with double commands placed on opposite sides of the system, allows the system to be operated in both directions.

Available in three versions:

300B (petrol powered);
300D (diesel powered);
300 E(with battery powered electric motor);

Complete washing cycle

Side chassis washing system: high pressure water dispenser circuit for cleaning the underbody and side frames.

Low pressure dispensing system: this is an equipment present on all sides of the portal, even at the top, which carries out the vehicle pre-washing phase.

Multi-brush washing system is able to clean the entire surface of the bodywork of each vehicle and it is possible to install from a minimum of two to a maximum of five brushes.

Single brush machine: Complete mobile washing system for vehicles

Ideal washing systems to offer fast, economical and high quality cleaning.

The single brush washing systems are systems designed to offer a fast, complete and economical cleaning service for your vehicle fleet. The characteristic of mobility and autonomy makes them ideal for use in parking areas, even small ones, or inside garages and sheds.

Iteco Washing Systems has a wide range of models, each with particular characteristics capable of guaranteeing professional cleaning.

Easy Wash 50 E

Washing system equipped with a manual tilting brush.

The movement is manual with the guide system consisting of a trolley with wheels, four steering and two directional, and double handlebar with controls placed on both sides for driving from both sides of the machine.

The water supply for vehicle cleaning is provided by an external hose connection to the system that can be connected to a tap, while the power supply is via the direct connection with cable (free or with an overhead line) to an electrical outlet.

Easy Wash 300

It is a self-powered (gasoline, diesel or battery) vehicle washing system.

The cleaning unit consists of an automatic tilting brush and water tank with a capacity of 300 liters.

The guide is manual with traction wheel and double handlebars for driving from both sides of the machine.

Truck Wash

Single brush machine with steering drawbar, allows greater control and fluidity of the system’s maneuver during washing operations.

The driving system can be customized in three ways:

Operator on the ground;

Operator standing on board;

Operator sitting on board;

Available in three models:

D 500: single brush machine with a diesel engine.

HP 500: single brush machine with a diesel engine, HP pump and HP cleaner and a hose reel.

E 500: single brush machine with a 24V battery power supply.

Full Wash

The Full Wash system is the best performing model among our single brush machines, it is equipped with all the washing optional accessories that guarantee professional cleaning of the vehicles.

Among the standard features:

20 ° tilting brush that allows you to clean the entire vehicle body.

Side underbody washing: high pressure bar with blade nozzles for underbody washing.
